Wyoming Machine

Traci and Lori Tapani are co-presidents and owners of Wyoming Machine, a precision metal fabrication company the sisters inherited from their father in 1994. Located in Stacy, MN, and founded in 1974, Wyoming Machine began as a family-owned, old school machine shop. In the mid-1980s, the company became the first of its type in Minnesota to purchase and use laser cutting equipment for sheet metal fabrication. To meet the standards of the US military and aerospace industries, the company had to be completely retooled for training and hiring. Wyoming Machine has grown into one of the region’s leading providers of metal fabricating services, including laser cutting, CNC punching, forming, welding, and assembly and provides components to OEMs and other manufacturing companies in industries ranging from heavy agriculture and construction equipment to retail store fixtures.
