Mo Saremi
Mo Saremi
Bell International Laboratories

Mo Saremi is the CEO and chairman of the board of Bell International Laboratories, a family-owned business that manufactures specialty products for the consumer health, cosmetics and beauty, nutrition, and EPA industries. Their product line includes everything from shampoo and lip gloss to insecticides and fungicides. The company has seen rapid growth since 2015 when they began to focus on the natural ingredient market for skin care by following the European trend of using fewer synthetic chemicals in their products.

According to Saremi, listening to his employees and hiring and retaining good people have been keys to the success of Bell Labs. The company pays high-end wages and benefits and offers in-office yoga, health, and wellness classes.

Saremi immigrated to the US from Iran over 35 years ago and landed in Minnesota with no money, but Minnesota State University (Mankato) gave him a chance by admitting him and giving him work. He earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemistry from MSU and went on to earn a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is the author of several medical patents and scientific publications. In addition to his position at Bell Labs, he currently serves as CEO and founder of G&S Labs in Minnesota and Sun Companies in California.
