Ed Haddock, along with his two partners and a talented team of executives, have built Full Sail University into one of the largest and most innovative entertainment, media, and arts universities in the world. From the start of Mr. Haddock’s involvement in 1991, the school has grown from 300 students to 7,700 students; and, the campus has grown to 190 acres with 801,000 square feet of studios, sound stages, media development facilities and other support facilities. Additionally, Mr. Haddock and his partners have expanded their postsecondary education portfolio to include The Los Angeles Film School, The Los Angeles Recording School, and Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design.

In 1973 Mr. Haddock was a founding partner, serving as Chairman and Managing Partner, of the law firm of Swann and Haddock, P.A. By 1990, Swann and Haddock had become one of Florida’s preeminent law firms. During that time Mr. Haddock was a founding principal of financial institutions, insurance underwriting companies, home building companies and real estate developments. Mr. Haddock has also been involved in the founding, development and ongoing supervision of numerous other companies including: Touchstone Medical Imaging Company, ERA Europe, Pioneer Technology Group, Stoneleigh Companies, G & H Properties, Silver City Properties, Stoneleigh Financial Partners, internet distribution of golf clubs; and Stoneleigh Portfolio Services.

Mr. Haddock serves on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Ohio Wesleyan University. He has remained an active alumnus of the University Of Virginia School Of Law where he obtained his JD in 1972. Mr. Haddock has been actively involved with various gubernatorial, legislative and presidential campaigns, the Boy Scouts of America and is the Orlando Advisor for the International Justice Mission. He also currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Rollins College Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship.
