CEO Roundtable Network
The CEO Roundtables are implemented through The Florida PeerSpectives® Network, which is composed of roundtables throughout the state.  Each roundtable brings together 10 to 12 qualified entrepreneurs ten times each year for collaborative problem-solving sessions that address issues important to their companies. Owners, CEOs, and presidents share their management challenges, ideas and experiences in confidential, structured roundtables led by a trained facilitator.  The peer participants share experiences and discuss ways to overcome obstacles to growth in every key business area such as finance, employee relations, legal compliance, technology, and sales and marketing.

The CEO Roundtables follow the PeerSpectives® Roundtable System model developed by the Edward Lowe Foundation. Highly productive, this model is based on proven best practices in the field of peer learning and has been customized to meet the particular needs of growing second-stage companies. The foundation is committed to assisting the owners of growing, established companies with practical programs and expertise, emphasizing programs for entrepreneurs looking to take their companies to the next level.

CEO Experience Exchange - PeerNet
Second-stage CEOs can access, in a confidential way, just-in-time solutions from experienced peers, mentors and subject experts. Hundreds of articles, interviews, and business-building scenarios are available online, any time. 

The online vehicle for the CEO Experience Exchange is PeerNet, a system created by the Edward Lowe Foundation to facilitate just-in-time confidential communications among the participants in the Florida PeerSpectives Network.  PeerNet helps you find fellow CEOs, mentors and subject experts when you need guidance or information, especially between monthly roundtable meetings.
