Edward Cammarata, Partner, Nperspective CFO Strategic — Ed has over 30 years of diverse business experience with companies ranging in size from start-up to over $330 million in revenues. He began his career in magazine publishing, serving 12 years with M. Shanken Communications, the publisher of Wine Spectator and Cigar Aficionado, along with other trade magazines. He mastered skills in all areas of accounting, circulation, advertising, and digital media.
Stefan A. Rubin, Partner, Shutts & Bowen LLP — Stefan Rubin is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, a Florida only AmLaw 200 firm, where he is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. He is also a Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Stefan concentrates his practice in serving as outside general counsel for middle-market companies, with a focus on strategic ventures, M&A, employment, and IP. He regularly works with privately held companies throughout Florida, from startup through exit, assisting with all of their important business transactions. He is actively involved with the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar’s Business Law Section (BLS), where he serves on the BLS Executive Council.
