Navigating the Emotional Rollercoaster of Going Into, Through and After a Business Exit

For the years leading up to the Exit Transaction, we will discuss the role of family and key employees, your retirement needs, your company, and your exit planning and team. We will then describe the time commitment, pressure and stress points, and the involvement of your key employees and exit team during the Exit Transaction. As you have now completed the Exit Transaction, we will end with an overview of life after an exit, your relationship with your new employer, your long-time employees, and your family, the transition to retirement, and your purpose in life after the exit.
