By the end of this course, participants will have built a personalized AI assistant that understands their work, organizes their knowledge, and helps execute their daily responsibilities. Every participant leaves with an AI assistant that is actively solving problems in their own job. This is a build-first workshop: participants begin with prepared examples, learn how an AI harness works, customize proven project templates, and finish by building a personal assistant.
Participants will learn to build a useful personal AI assistant around their actual work, responsibilities, files, rules, skills, and review practices.
What teams will walk away with:
- Build a working personal AI assistant
- Create at least one reusable skill.
- Organize personal work knowledge.
- Apply human review and decision logging.
- Create a 30-day roadmap for continued use.
