He has proven his success as a business leader through the launch, growth, and exit of numerous companies throughout his 37 years of experience in the business world. Joe has been recognized for developing and growing Advantage Services Group from $3MM to $150MM in five years, founded Transworld Services Group which was named Inc. Magazines’ 53rd fastest growing privately held company, and drove the same company’s ISO 9002 certification, with all the companies selling at a premium in the market. In the community, Joe is a founder of the Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO), serving hundreds of children and adults with motor disabilities. He also sits on the Truist Regional Advisory Board and the Crummer Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.
