Overview

The 2024 Annual Conference will include a mix of member-driven presentations, panel discussions, business best practices, networking exercises, and select Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This event is designed to provide new and practical information you can use to move your business forward and enhance your personal growth.

The event will take place at Rollins College’s Rice Pavilion on Thursday, November 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, November 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

All active CEO Roundtable members are invited. Spouses and significant others are welcome to attend conference sessions if they serve an active role in the business including day-to-day decision-making responsibility and provide a separate paid registration.

Breakout Sessions

This year, our annual conference will include more than 40 breakout table topics covering a wider range of key business best practices that are meaningful to your business right now.

The conference will feature six breakout sessions over the course of two days. Each session will last 50 minutes. Attendees may select one breakout table topic per session for a total of six sessions.

It’s a chance for you to work on your CEO Skills Stack™ – the collection of skills a CEO must understand to lead, manage and operate their business more effectively.

Space is limited at each discussion table, so we highly recommend selecting your topics as soon as possible. Early-bird registrants will have the opportunity to select breakout sessions first.

Date: November 7, 2024 — 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. sharp) and
           November 8, 2024 — 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (breakfast service from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.)

Event Format

Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m. On Thursday, the event begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon and an insightful panel presentation and discussion will take place. Breakout sessions will occur throughout the entire day. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. and a keynote speaker will address attendees. An evening CEO social “Pub Crawl” on Park Avenue will begin at 7:30 p.m. (optional).

On Friday, breakfast service will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the event will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. There will be a keynote speaker and two more breakout sessions. The event will close at Noon followed by an optional lunch and networking session from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m.
