Frantz E. Alphonse is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AP Capital Partners (APCP), a leading middle-market private equity firm with offices in Orlando, New York City and Chicago. APCP’s portfolio companies have collectively generated approximately $1 billion in sales and employed over 6000 individuals worldwide. AP Capital’s most notable exit to date was the sale of its controlling interest in Orlando-based ZeroChaos earlier this year. The sale of ZeroChaos, the largest minority-owned company in Florida, was one of the biggest deals of its kind for a Central Florida company.

Mr. Alphonse holds a BA from Duke University, where he was a Phi Eta Sigma Scholar, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
