Four Paths to Success

Jeff Olejnik is a Director with Wipfli responsible for the growth and development of the Risk Advisory Services practice. Wipfli and Assurity River Group, the company that Jeff has led since 2002, merged in November 2014 to become the leading information security, risk advisory and business continuity practice in the industry.

Loren O’Brien is the embodiment of the business adage: if you write it, it will come. Loren’s focus from 2010 forward was to maintain double-digit growth to reach $30 million in revenue over the next three to five years. Mission Accomplished. Loren currently has a succession plan in place to transition away from his role as a leader of B&F Fastener Supply.

Ryan Blundell is the CEO of Master Technology Group. Master Technology Group, based in Eden Prairie, MN, is a low voltage contractor that specializes in the installation and service of data, security, life safety and audio visual technologies in commercial and retail facilities.

Ward Johnson, Co-Owner/CEO, purchased Sojos in 1996. He knew from a young age that he loved pets and wanted to own his own business.
Maggie Johnson, Co-Owner/HR, came to Sojos in 2003. At that time Sojos had 3 employees. Ward and Maggie transformed what was essentially a few recipes and a short client list into a multi-million dollar leader in the healthy dog and cat food sector of the pet food industry.
