WE | WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS

Judi Awsumb has worked with CEOs and executives in a number of innovative and high-growth companies including software, renewable energy, retail, engineering, and a variety of other industries. Her prior experience in Corporate America, as a Vice President that she grew from 16 million to over $200 million in Florida, provides the necessary background and skill set to understand each threshold of growth.

In 2017, Judi founded WE | Women Entrepreneurs, powered by CEO Nexus. This is a group of women-owned businesses that are generating a minimum of $1 million-plus in annual revenues. The CEO group meets once a month for half a day at Rollins College in a “peer to peer” learning environment. The focus is on growth strategies, operations, leadership and succession planning.

Mission: The WE | Women Entrepreneurs group, powered by CEO Nexus, was founded by Judi Awsumb, President of Awsumb Enterprises, Inc., to create a group of women entrepreneurs who want to accelerate the growth of their companies in a confidential, supportive, professionally facilitated environment where other successful women business owners can learn from each other for mutual benefit.
Objective: To develop and implement innovative solutions to the many business challenges women leaders face by sharing experiences and expertise in a collaborative familiar “peer to peer” learning environment. The roundtable group utilizes the collective knowledge of the group to improve, grow and achieve profitability objectives through a highly developed interactive process.
Focus: Our group meets once a month at Rollins College from 9am-1pm where we focus on growth strategies, operations, leadership and succession planning. Our target is 2nd stage women-owned businesses. We allow one member per industry to avoid any type of competition or conflict among our members.
