David Grossman
David Grossman is a Performance Specialist with Insperity where he consults with small and medium-sized businesses to help them implement proven people and organization development strategies. David supports Insperity clients through various approaches, including coaching, training, facilitation, assessment, and performance improvement. He specializes in helping business owners and leaders strengthen organizational culture to drive desired business results. David has earned Insperity’s prestigious annual Chairman’s Excellence Award for outstanding contributions to improving client performance. He has a BA in Communication from Stanford University and an MA in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University.

David Bell
David Bell has dedicated his career to taking engineering ideas and new products to market in multiple industries. He has founded two companies that are on the front lines of service responding to COVID-19. He founded Sterilucent, Inc. which has a disruptive and exciting new approach for sterilizing surgical medical instruments. Bell also founded Phygen Coatings, Inc. which is a provider of nano thin film coatings that provide greatly improved wear and corrosion resistance.

Teresa Thompson
Teresa Thompson – As the Chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor Department, Teresa partners with clients to navigate employment disputes at the advice and litigation stages. Teresa works with clients in many industries, including health care, mental health, disability and aging services, legal, staffing, retail/service, and manufacturing, with a special talent for working with private equity owned companies. Clients consult Teresa to obtain an objective yet creative view of employee performance, discipline and termination issues as well as to assist them in crafting employment, non-compete and trade secret, and separation agreements, and workplace policies. Teresa’s goal is always to help clients work at every stage toward reducing the risks and costs of litigation or employee claims whenever possible.
