Scott Burns

Scott Burns is the CEO and Co-Founder of Structural, connecting organizations with data rich profiles, intelligent search, and real-time insight. As a leader, he has seen firsthand that people success translates into organizational success. Before Structural, Scott co-founded GovDelivery in a St. Paul, MN basement in 2000. The team grew to 250 professionals across four offices in the U.S. and Europe. The sale and merger of GovDelivery in 2016 completed Scott’s run as both a startup entrepreneur and a leader of a high growth company as it scaled, completed multiple acquisitions, and went through two successful exits. Scott is currently a Board Member of Star Tribune, Member of the State Economic Security Group, Race Official for U.S. Alpine Skiiing, and a local / state government advisory on policy innovation, economic development, and technology.
