The Boca Bearings Company was founded over 37 years ago by Jason’s father, focusing on high-quality bearings. The small family business began serving niche markets like RC cars, fishing reels & bikes and has since grown into a global supplier for industries like medical devices, packaging & automation equipment.

What’s next for Boca Bearings?
In Q4 of 2024, Boca Bearings Company launched a new line of ceramic bearings that broke quarterly sales records, underscoring their commitment to innovation and strengthening their industry leadership.
This year, the business is aiming to expand its e-commerce platform and strengthen global distribution through leveraging AI. It was during a roundtable discussion on digital transformation that Jason realized small shifts, like automating inventory with AI, could revolutionize efficiency.
This approach reduces waste and improves order accuracy, boosting customer satisfaction and operational success while setting the stage for continued growth and innovation.

The CEO Nexus Roundtable program gave Jason access to insights and feedback from his CEO peers, and he felt other members of his leadership team would benefit from the same experience.
Cory, Boca Bearings Company’s Head of Operations and Integrator, is a member of the CEO Nexus C-Suite Roundtable Group. This group focuses on issues specific to C-Suite leaders, including the foundational elements of the EOS/Traction system: sales, operations and finance.
As Jason came into the role of president, he found that he also transitioned from an integrator mindset to being a visionary for the company. This meant giving Cory the resources, like CEO Nexus, would be imperative for the continued growth of the company.

When asked why he recommends that other CEOs have members of their leadership team consider joining a roundtable group, Jason said, “In the C-Suite, you’re always benefiting from somebody and their experiences, and speaking from experience as opposed to opinion is the most valuable part of these groups. As much as you believe your business is unique, all businesses have the same trials and tribulations. If you believe you’re so unique as to not benefit from other people’s experiences, you’re limiting your opportunities.”
